365 Year II: Animal a Day

After about a month break I'm back to daily sketching,
This year I have a different goal or theme, Thanks to Maryan, my cousin's 5 years old daughter, every time I visit she asks me to draw with her, she brings a big pile of paper, her crayons and asks me to draw animals, Tiger, Dog, Cat, Bear...
first time she asked for a Giraffe, man I didn't know how to draw a simple giraffe!!! It was horrible,
So I decided to educate myself more about animals & draw an animal a day, 30-60 minutes sketch so nothing fancy, lets see how it goes by the end of the year 2012.
This Year's 365 is dedicated to MARYAN :D

Last year I started a daily sketch blog as a challenge to draw on a daily basis,
It turned out to be a very healthy habit that I plan on keeping as long as I have a functioning hands & brain =D

Good afternoon, Ameer. Greetings from another California creative. Thank you for dropping by and viewing my work, and for the llama. Thank you especially for sharing your own artistic vision and style. When I returned to the university at a late age in life to update my traditional skills with digital ones, my emphasis was in animation. I don't do much of that nowadays, though I miss that and 3D modeling quite a bit. You can check some of links to my older work, if you're so inclined.
